1976年発表の「Agents of Fortune(邦題:タロットの呪い)からのデザイン。
Blue Oyster Cultのことを知らなければ、ミュージックTということすら判別できないようなバンド感を感じない一枚で、ミステリアスな雰囲気に惹かれていました。
作品自体のデザインは、ディーラーが佇んでいるデザインですので、Tシャツのデザインはコラージュアートのような側面を感じます。
最近はNFTを通して毎日様々なアート作品に触れていますが、古くからこのコラージュアートのようなデザインを見ると、横尾忠則さんと同じくしてコラージュアートの先駆けなのではと思いますし、同じような前衛性を感じます。
ブルー・オイスター・カルトはある種、他のバンドと一線を画いたアーティスティックで独特な雰囲気を毎回デザインから感じていて、その魔力にも似たデザインの世界についつい酔いしれてしまうのです。

Recently, I have been exposed to various art works every day through NFT, and when I see this collage art-like design from the past, I think that he is a pioneer of collage art just like Tadanori Yokoo, and I feel the same kind of avant-garde.
Blue Oyster Cult has a kind of artistic and unique atmosphere that sets them apart from other bands, and every time I see their designs, I can’t help but be intoxicated by their magical world of design.
