ギタリストの中でもレジェンドクラスに位置するザッパ。
個人的にも情熱的でエキゾチックなサウンドに狂喜した時期もありました。
ヴィンテージTシャツ界隈でも20年前のブーム時から希少な扱いをされ、確かショップ勤務時代には入荷しなかったと記憶しています。
ネットショップを始めてからは運良く数枚巡り合い、今回はその中の一枚ですね。
80年のツアー当時のデザインで、パンプキンレコードのデザインを組み合わせた、ザッパの中でも代表的なデザインとなっていて、他に入手したデザインも同年の別パターンのものでした。
現在でもレジェンドとしての存在感は十分に感じられ、流通も少ないことからオンブッククラスと称しても疑いの目は持たれないでしょう。

Zappa is one of the most legendary guitarists in the world.
His passionate and exotic sound drove me crazy at one time.
When I was working in a store, I remember that they didn’t have any in stock.
I was lucky enough to come across a few of them after I started my online store, and this is one of them.
it’s a design from the 1980 tour, and it’s one of Zappa’s most famous designs, combining the Pumpkin Records design, and the other design I got was another pattern from the same year.
Even today, it is still a legend in its own right, and since it is not widely distributed, there would be no doubt in my mind if I called it on-book class.
