恐らく前所有者がディープ・パープルTのコレクターだったか、熱狂的なファンだったかで、一枚ですら滅多に出てこないディープ・パープルTをまとめて入手した時でした。
自分自身も幼少期から馴染みがあるバンドであるため、まとめて手にした時は言葉にできない高揚感に包まれていましたね。
幼少期よりハードロックに目覚めていたわけではありませんが、スモーク・オン・ザ・ウォーターやBurnなどはバラエティ番組の効果音で使われてたりしていたので、耳にしてきたことより馴染みがありました。
Perhaps the previous owner was a Deep Purple T collector or an enthusiastic fan, and it was time to acquire a collection of Deep Purple T’s, of which even a single copy is rarely available.
Since I myself have been familiar with the band since childhood, I was filled with a sense of elation that I can’t describe when I got a batch of them.
Although I wasn’t a hard rock aficionado from childhood, I was more familiar with Smoke on the Water and Burn than I had ever heard them because they were used in sound effects for variety shows and such.
