1980年のトライアンフのパキ綿ツアーTは、このTシャツしかデザインを見たことのないレアピース。
トライアンフのデザインといえば、自分の中ではゴールドイーグルのロゴデザインが根付いていたので、このデザインは目から鱗でした。
買い付けを続けていると、時にこのようなレアピースに出会うこともよくあり、レアピースであればあるほど、手にした時の高揚感は計り知れません。
大袈裟に言うと、世界を制したような、地球が自分中心に回ってるんじゃないかというような錯覚すら覚え、このクラスを提供できるのは自分しかいないなどという、おごった気持ちすら芽生えてしまう、ある意味諸刃の剣のような存在でもあります。
さらに販売する時に一点ものであればあるほど、参考になるものが無いのでどの程度の価値を付与するのか、その対価に見合う提供力は自分にあるのか、という苦難にさいなまれます。
手にした瞬間は爆発的な高揚感がある一方で、レアピースであるほど、提供時には苦痛を共にしますので、ここが難しい部分で面白くもあり、美しいものには棘があるよね、という感覚を抱きながらヴィンテージと対峙しているのです。

As I continue to buy, I often come across rare pieces like this, and the rarer the piece, the more elated I feel when I get my hands on it.
The more rare the piece is, the more elated I feel when I get it. To put it bluntly, I feel as if I’m in control of the world, as if the earth revolves around me, and I even have a sense of pride that I’m the only one who can offer this class.
In addition, the more one-of-a-kind the item is, the more difficult it is to decide how much value to give it and whether you have the ability to offer it for the price.
On the other hand, the rarer the piece is, the more painful it is to offer.
