デイヴィッド・リー・ロスは、これまでヴァン・ヘイレンのヴォーカリストとして、サミー・ヘイガーと交互に活躍してきたアーティストです。
デイヴィッド自身は1985年に一度ヴァン・ヘイレンを脱退していますから、それ以降デイヴィッド単体のTシャツが出てきます。
当Tシャツは脱退後の1986年頃のパキ綿ブートのTシャツですが、脱退後のヴァン・ヘイレンのヴォーカルに就任したサミー・ヘイガーはデイヴィッドとは逆に80年代前半にソロのTシャツが集中するという事態となっていますが、ヴァン・ヘイレンのファンからしたら、そりゃそうだろというような光景なのかもしれません。
ともあれ、ソロでもTシャツが手がけられるほど大物であるということが、物語られていますし、そう考えるとヴァン・ヘイレンのモンスターバンドっぷりが伺えます。

Anyway, it shows that Van Halen is such a big name that they are able to produce T-shirts even as a solo artist, and that shows how much of a monster band Van Halen is.
