Is any content available for free?
Yes. Some articles can be viewed without registration. Paid members can browse all content without ads.
When does the 7-day free trial begin?
It begins when your registration is completed. Membership features are available during the trial.
When will I be charged?
Your selected plan is first charged in US dollars (USD) when the free trial ends. Monthly plans then renew every month and annual plans every year from that billing date. Billing is not based on calendar months.
Is the fee prorated if billing starts partway through a month?
No. The charge covers one full month or one full year beginning on the first billing date. We do not provide prorated refunds for cancellations after payment, except where required by law.
Will I be charged if I cancel during the free trial?
No. Cancel from My Page before the trial ends and no subscription fee will be charged.
When will I receive the 10% off Irvine coupon?
It is distributed monthly to paid members whose subscriptions are active after the free trial. It is not issued during the trial.
What can I save to My Page?
You can save T-shirts, blog posts and other content that interests you.
Can I register from outside Japan?
Yes. Charges are made in US dollars (USD). Your card provider may apply currency conversion rates or international transaction fees.
