テッド・ニュージェントのTシャツは彼自身がハードロックギタリストでありながら、エンターテイナーであり、パフォーマーの側面が色濃いことから、彼そのものがアイコンとなりデザインとなるものがほとんどで、テッドのTシャツは何枚も巡り合いましたが、全体の9.5割方は彼自身がモチーフとなっていると言い切れます。
故に自分の中では彼は「自分大好き」という呼称が根付きました。
